With over 15 years of administration and an MBA, I founded Prescription Wellness on the premise that whole body wellness is for clients, as well as employees. 

Therapeutically, I specialize in treating clients with upper body dysfunction, chronic neck pain, carpal/cubital tunnel, frozen shoulder, and so much more! 

I also love coaching clients and helping them through behavior modifications to achieve their best self.
